Airborn

Was kind of frustrated with this photo. It's so close but so far. It's hard to get a good close up shot of a bird flying towards you - they normally fly away.
But however much I love the pose of the bird, the lighting is totally wrong. The huuge shadow on the underside of its face means I can't up the contrast. The highlights on the wings means I can't up the brightness to show the body of the bird better... bleh. All I did was hit auto on the curve and that's it. =/
