Through the years I used DeviantArt, I loved this place. I loved the people I met, both the online-only and the ones from the DevMeets. The community and website in general helped me get enthusiastic about photography, and helped me improve so much. I took pretty much a four year hiatus from photography through University, but seem to be really getting back into it now. While I try to be less selective over my shots and include far more 'snapshot' style photos, I still try hard to make them good and take ages working on them in Photoshop. Well here's something I haven't done for a while. Just wanted to let ya'll know that there might (MIGHT) be some more stuff coming up here in the next couple months. As part of my web design module I'll be creating a website about... anything I want. I figure that photography would be a great thing to make it on, as there's a lot of stuff to talk about and some pretty good opportunities for JavaScript, such as an effective focal length calculator. Believe it or not, I still check dA pretty much every day. I've just pretty much stopped doing photography. I'm not sure if or when I'll get back into it, but I'll try when I get the chance.
